The Deal, In Writing

No lawyer talk for the sake of lawyer talk. Every section has the plain English version right under it, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you check the box.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

01 · WHO THIS IS FOR

Dealer accounts are for legitimate businesses: repair shops, restorers, parts retailers, and established resellers. Approval is granted per application, at Classic Revolution's discretion, and can be declined or revoked at any time.

In plain English: real businesses only. Jacob reviews every application himself and approval is his call.

02 · DEALER PRICING IS CONFIDENTIAL

Wholesale pricing, discount rates, and volume tiers are confidential business information. Dealers agree not to publish, advertise, screenshot, or share dealer pricing publicly or with anyone outside their business.

In plain English: your dealer prices are between us. Do not post them online. This is the one rule with zero wiggle room.

03 · ADVERTISED RESALE PRICING

Dealers may not advertise or list Classic Revolution products below the current retail price shown on classicrevolution.com. In-person quotes, package deals, and installed pricing at your shop are your business. This applies to advertised prices only.

In plain English: do not undercut the public price in your ads or listings. What you charge face to face, or as part of an install package, is up to you. This keeps the product worth carrying for every dealer.

04 · ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Dealer pricing applies automatically at checkout when you are logged into an approved account. All orders are paid in full at checkout. Volume pricing applies per the tiers shown to approved accounts.

In plain English: log in, your prices show up, pay at checkout like normal. No invoicing or net terms right now.

05 · SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY

In-stock items ship per the timelines on the product page. Pre-order items ship when tooling and production complete; dates on pre-order listings are estimates, not guarantees. Everything is manufactured and shipped by Classic Revolution directly.

In plain English: one engineer builds and ships all of this. In-stock moves fast. Pre-orders ship when they are genuinely ready, because rushing tooling is how you get junk, and we do not sell junk.

06 · RETURNS AND SUPPORT

Wholesale orders are exchanged for manufacturing defects; change-of-mind returns are not offered on dealer orders. When you resell, you are your customer's first contact. Any genuine defect gets replaced by Classic Revolution directly, whether the unit came from you or from us.

In plain English: order what you can sell, because wholesale is not sale or return. If something we built has a real defect, we make it right, period. Your customer calls you first, and we back you up.

07 · WHERE YOU CAN SELL

Resale is permitted through your own shop, your own website, and your own social channels. Listing on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace, requires written approval from Classic Revolution first. classicrevolution.com remains the brand's home for direct online sales.

In plain English: sell it in your shop, on your site, on your pages. Ask before putting it on Amazon or eBay. Anonymous marketplace listings are how a brand loses control of its name, and we have seen how that movie ends.

08 · STAYING A DEALER

Dealer status is not exclusive, does not grant a territory, and is not a franchise. Classic Revolution may update these terms or end a dealer relationship at any time; dealers may close their account at any time. Breaking section 02 ends dealer status immediately.

In plain English: good partners stay as long as they want. Leaking pricing is the one instant dealbreaker.
